Shipping Your Inventory To Us

STEP 2
Receiving and Scanning Updating
Upon arrival at our warehouse, your goods are inventoried and inspected. We scan all the shipments we received by the end of the day and update them into our system accordingly. You can always check the status online.
STEP 3
We Pre Your Order
We prepped every items following to your instructions and ensuring them being under Amazon’s detailed standards. If there are any products that do not meet those standards, we will notify you via email with photo documentation.
STEP 4
Despatch Your Order
Your packages are ready to ship out via Amazon’s couriers or preferred delivery providers. Our dedication to excellence means no more rejected shipments due to non-compliance and no more headaches for you.

Any order we received before 11:00 am would get allocated to the handling team and be processed at the same day.
How much time cost for a job really depends on the quantity of the units and the service get involved in the order. Our daily handling volume is between 3000 to 5000 units on average. We normally set an expected finished time to our clients when we start to handle the tasks. You will always get updated during the process from our team.
No job is really too small for us. We do not set minimum order charges for our clients.
We offer up to 1 week free storage to our clients. You may choose storing your goods for either short term (Less than 3 months) or long term (3 months to 12 months).
Yes, the package box will be chargeable once the new ones being needed or required. We would be happy to re-use your original boxes, if they were still in good condition at free of charge.
We do not charge any hidden fee to any of our clients. We will help our client customise the orders and make sure all the charges only being applied to the services our clients chose or agreed.
